1. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE 100% AUTHENTIC AND GUARANTEED HANDMADE
- In fact, once you purchase a carpet from us, we will be providing you a certificate of authenticity and origin of the carpet you purchased. Along with this are some important information of your carpet like which family weaved it and the design used.
2. YOUR PURCHASED CARPET ARE STORED IN OUR DATABASE
- Our services for you carpet will not end when you purchased it. Information of your valuable carpet is stored in our database for future inquiries, cleaning and repairing or assessment of the current value. If you wish to include your contact details or information as to who purchased the carpet.
You can send us an email at info@pch.ae with subject: Customer Info along with the Tag information of the carpet which is located at the back of the item.
3. OUR HANDMADE CARPETS ARE UNIQUE AND ONE OF A KIND
- Each carpet we are selling are unique. Unless the carpet are paired carpets made by the weavers. So once a client will purchase a carpet. No two carpets will be the same. But we can find you a similar one.
4. OUR CARPETS ARE SORTED BY AGE
- Our carpet are sorted by Age brackets. Kindly see below.
NEW - Up to 10 years old
MATURE – 10-20 years old
AGED – 20-30 years old
VINTAGE – 30-40 years old
SEMI ANTIQUE – 40-50 years old
ANTIQUE – Over 50 years old
